MY APPROACH
Turning over and examining every stone allows disentanglement from suffering and enhances your ability to mindfully embody your authentic self
ENTANGLED
We find ourselves feeling lost, overwhelmed, abandoned, or may be at a loss of how we feel, because we’ve arrived at that familiar place of despair and ruminating self doubt.
UNEARTHED
Therapy provides an opportunity to explore the origins of unhelpful cyclical patterns influenced by the dynamic interplay of previous experiences and bio-psycho-social factors.
RENEWED
Disentangle from suffering to unearth your unique authentic self, which may lead to improved relationships, productivity, and utilization of innate strengths and talents.
Pain happens but suffering is created
CULTIVATE
My approach to therapy is to provide a nonjudgemental safe space for clients to be the author of their personal journey. Relationship between therapist and client is vital. Therefore, a framework for mutual collaboration and genuine understanding is vital to understand your goals and needs
I believe it is vital to work comprehensively with all aspects of a person. My therapeutic style utilizes a bio-psycho-social lens to orient clients to the impact of factors including cultural considerations, significant relationships, and previous traumas, as these significantly impact our perceptions and lived experiences.
UNTWINE
